Carin Redman was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, one of the most colourful and expressionistic jazz capitals of the world. Moving to London, England as a child, her early jazz roots were further shaped by England's own flourishing musical landscape. The marriage of two such rich musical cultures are undeniably audible in Carin's powerful and silky vocals. Carin has entertained at many of Toronto's prominent
venues: The Royal York Hotel, The Sunnybrook Estates and The Carlu and has collaborated with some of Canada's finest musicians, including: George Kollar, Russ Boswell, Mike Sereny, Carlos Lopes, Pat Collins and Mark Eisenmann.
